Shipping
Most gowns are in stock and can ship within 2 weeks. If you need a gown sooner, there might be a $20 rush fee if we need to get the gown from the manufacturer. If we have the gown in stock in our store you will not be charged. Please submit your order and you will be contacted to confirm shipping date.
Some gowns are special ordered and can take up to 14 weeks for delivery. Most manufacturers offer a rush to get your gowns sooner. Please order early to allow plenty of time for alterations
Our gowns and products are guarenteed for manufacturer defect and damage during shipping. We and our designers stand behind their products if there is a defect or if the gown is damaged. It will be replaced by our company at no extra charge. Please order early, there will be no refunds if you get your gown and it is damaged and you ordered too late for a replacement in time for your event. You will recieve a replacement gown but not a refund.
Returns: If you contact us within 3 days of recieving your gown you may return it to us for store credit only. There will be a restocking fee of 30% on all returns and store credit only
Non returnable ItemsGowns purchased as a rush, Dyed Shoes and purses, Lingerie, and all special ordered items are not returnable. Prom Gowns are considered special ordered items and are non- returnable. Only gowns in stock may be exchanged with 30% restocking fee and store credit only. You may check to see if this applies to your gown before ordering.
Most items may be ordered with as little as a 50% deposit. You may pay with pay pal, western union or a credit card. If you choose to pay with a credit card the remaining balance will be charged to the credit card we have on file as soon as the gowns are ready to ship (there is a $25 handling fee if paying with paypal or western union)
If your credit card declines at the time we try to process it, you will be charged $5. If you choose to cancel an order within the 24 hour cancellation period you will be charged $25 Because we process orders immediately You may not cancel an order after 24 hours of ordering
Our Ship dates are approximate. Sometimes there are delays in shipping due to unforeseen circumstances. There are times that the manufacture is backed up in shipping during busy times. Sometimes there are delays in customs and a gown could be late. Therefor We will not be held liable if your gown is delayed in shipping. We don't guarentee ship times. All dates given are approximate dates. Please order your gown early. We have not missed a date yet but sometimes a gown being late can be stressful so please order early to avoid this extra stress. We do our best to ship your gown early and make sure the manufacturer keeps to the shipping dates we are quoted but sometimes there are delays.
Gown Sizes: Formal Attire is not like street clothes. Gowns run small. Usually one to two sizes. Every manufacturer has their own size chart for their gowns. It is very important to measure yourself to see what size you wear for the gown you are ordering. Gowns can be taken in to be made smaller to fit you but most gowns can not be let out. That is why it is important to go with the larger size for your measurements. If you need any help in determining size you may call our store. Ordering a size is your responsibility. We might have a suggestion but it is your decision on what gown size you want. Most gowns will have to be altered once you recieve them to make it fit you perfectly. We are not responsible for alterations. If a gown is defective in size we will measure the gown and send it back to the manufacturer for the correct size. A gown must measure according to the size chart for that designer to within one inch of error.
